2025 Mentorship Program is coming this April!
We hope to expand our mentor list beyond our board members this year and allow more discussions to happen all over Canada!

This purpose of this program is to allow our members to engage with women in leadership within the optometric field and aid them in becoming leaders themselves.
For our first launch, our CWEC executive members will act as the mentors. In the future, we hope to accept applications from other members who are interested in becoming mentors.
Stay tuned for an email containing more information and a short application form to aid us in the pairing process!
Our anticipated launch will be March 2024.
